i have a new plan

hello, friendz.
i'm almost back to normal.
in a day or two I will be working out (hard) again.
I have devised a new workout plan for myself,
which I will start next Monday.
here is a peep of the tentative calendar.

 
I will probably make some more changes before it is finalized
because 6 straight days of 2-a-days is kinda cray lol
I will be sharing more about it with you later.
