day 12 - pm naruto step

 
step cardio, some squats and lunges,
upper body exercises using dumbells
while watching Naruto.
 
I look better after only 2 weeks! yey!
I did not plan out my workout so I was just winging it.
 
oh yea I had mentioned goals I want to set for myself.
I love the digital display on my pedometer,
so, to have fun with it, I am challenging myself to reach
8,008 steps and 58,008 steps.
 
 
 
to add to my workouts, a couple of my girls and I are doing
the beginner calendar from Blogilates,
one of the best health & fitness sites evah.

our first day is tomorrow!
