hello friends!
taking it easy today because tomorrow I start
my #3WEEKS of grueling workouts.
someone hold me... lol
I made a 3 week workout tracker, as well as a weekly food tracker
to help me keep er track of my er workouts and food intake.
the Mario theme is killin me with its cuteness!
my workout cycle is 3 weeks on, 1 week off.
and i'm envisioning my body changing EVERY MONTH with this plan.
i'm readehhh!!!!!!
