for my afternoon workout I did
Day 3 of +blogilates Beginner Calendar
and Day 3 of the 30 Day Squat Challenge,
60 body weight squats.
it was a good workout but I think I need to do more.
perhaps tomorrow I will add an Insanity video in the afternoon.
I enjoy pushing myself near my limits.
when I am working out I think of it as performance;
I give my best effort and evolve as a performer,
honing my skills with every session.
