tried to work out this morning but was derailed by life.
I was all geared up, actively in my workout then was interrupted,
so I felt blah early in the day.
I made a comeback, though, and had an awesome afternoon workout.

added some much needed mat work into my routine,
more abz! more abz!
so my day turned around for the better.
back at it tomorrow.
