#3WEEKS Day 1 - awezome!!!!!

hellooo, pallies!
I did awesome today!
are you happy for me? :D

 

morning workout

Insanity Fit Test
Blogilates Day 1
50 Squats
my thought: what did I get myself into?
 

afternoon workout

Insanity Cardio Power & Resistance
Blogilates Day 2
55 Squats
me bein uglehh #workoutdeath
 I freakin already wanted to quit on my first day! LOLZ
the afternoon workout was hard to get through
because I was kinda tired/sore.
but, as I was doing mountain climbers,
I thought, if I'm not dead, I can do a few more!
I did well with my food intake as well!
 
can I sustain this torture for #3WEEKS?
