day 12 - keeping it up

I am feeling fine and beastly right now, just finished Insanity Plyo Cardio.

I think I will begin recording on my camera, and uploading those videos,
while continuing a crappy quality livestream.
 
 
I weigh exactly the same as 2 weeks ago,
which is when I started really kicking up my workouts.

I think I look a little bit leaner today,
and I definitely feel better
but the scale is still, you know, way up there lol.
I think the point I wish to make here is
to pay attention to your body, not the numbers.
I used to get so hung up on my weight and clothing size.
but I know now that every body is different.
you just gotta work hard, have pride in yourself,
 and PWN IT!!!
