day 7 - good!

here's my workout check in for today:
did stretches and resistance training.
lower body, upper body, and abs.
ha, abs.
right now it's sort of still just a gelatinous midsection
but I'm determined.
ain't no thang to a g like me, as it were.
 
 
I was planning on doing Insanity today, too,
but I'm finishing off with about 45 minutes (2 Naruto episodes) of step cardio.

I'm kinda downing myself for that but I've been on it all week!
I know I shouldn't feel bad, so I won't.
I know I should be proud of what I've done, so I am!
 
I will stay determined and keep doin it!
