day 5 - not too bad.....

okay day 5 went all right, not stellar, as I had hoped it would.
I didn't wake up early enough to do morning workouts :(
but in the afternoon I managed to livestream myself doing
Insanity Cardio Recovery,
plus 20 minutes of step aerobics.

I was totally trying to do kickboxing on Google hangouts
but my comp froze on me. womp.
I wanted to use Google so other people can join in and participate,
versus ustream, where it's just me with an audience watching.
but I am not quite aware of each site's functions
so i'm still trying to figure out the best way to do it.

also, I have been streaming myself doing video workouts
like Insanity and Tae Bo
but I am likely going to make my own workouts too
so there can be more interaction with YOU.
