Just finished Day 2 of Insanity and I am feelin good
but I figured I can just hang in there and do what I can to improve.
humility, determination, persistence, pain,
then voila, improvement, VICTORY!

also, I will be looking into sites that support free livestreaming
so I can do a daily morning workout stream.
any suggestions?
