day 3 - off

decided to skip my workout this morning.
I was in great company and simply had to enjoy that time!
I will be playing catch up til I'm caught up, Believe It!
 
i've been watching Naruto while doing step cardio
nd it's been a great way to burn some calories.
I use a pedometer to track my steps and do aerobics
while watching one of my favorite shows.
it's like being on the eliptical at the gym, just easy cardio, zoned out and sweatin.
I feel it in my legs, core, and arms, though, so it is an effective way to tone up.
 
I'll be doing insanity tomorrow morning,
then cardio or kickboxing in the afternoon/evening to catch up.
