Cardio + Total Body Interval Workout
hi, pallies.
sharing today's routine with you:
an interval workout that focuses on
cardio and total body resistance training.
i did 2 rounds and got a good ~glisten~ happening,
planning on doing more with my pm workout.
it was challenging but not like "aaaagggh i wish to die!"
but some people like that.
i do! just not every day..
