here is what I did for week 2.
not too bad, but I know I could have done better.
and my lack of effort is reflected in my halted progress.
in workouts, as well as in life,
if you work more then you will reap more.
I need to get back on track with my diet
and do more workouts.
cuz dude! I ate a bunch of ice cream and pastries...
no bueno.....
I know it's not always going to be smooth sailing
but I also know that I have focus and discipline enough to achieve my goal.
i'll be damned if Moose Tracks is going to be my undoing!!!!
