focusing on training for my race in September.
a lot of aerobic endurance, power, legs and core.
we shall henceforth refer to this set of workouts as

I thought I would be totally devastated afterwards
but I survived! :)
I will keep doing this workout this week,
and will shoot some training videos of the moves for your reference.
