I had peppermint milk tea tonight after dinner and it was refreshing.
it helped cleanse my palate, as well as keep me full.

If you follow a dairy free diet, use almond, soy, or rice milk.
I make herbal milk teas in the evenings because they are caffeine free
but I also enjoy green, chai, or black milk tea during the day.
